Indian burgers? That sounds pretty wild. Because the combination of spicy notes of Indian

cuisine and those of a classic burger is difficult to imagine. But only as long as you haven't tried

the creations at Gully Burger in Berlin.

Sachin Obaid, the brains behind Gully, have already proven with the Tiffin in Berlin that he has more than culinary skills. With their burgers, they now show that classic American diner food goes perfectly with complex Indian influences. What exactly does the unusual station wagon mean? Kerala Fried Chicken Burger, for example: chicken that is salted for 24 hours in a spiced buttermilk marinade, fried until juicy and seasoned with a masala rub, coleslaw, homemade curry mayonnaise, masala ketchup and pickles.
