Gully Burger: Since they opened in In 2021, the Pfefferberg market hall in Prenzlauer Berg firmly as a place for high-quality street food in Berlin. 

At the end of last year too  “Gully Burger” has found a permanent home here. Sachin Obaid, who is already with the  Tiffin delivery service sets new standards for domestic traditional home cooking in the city sets, realise his vision here  of Indian street food that has influences from US American diners. 

“Gully” in the name means “narrow alley” in Hindi, the place  where, according to Obaid, street food can be found in India that is.  The entrepreneur and restaurateur, native of Kerala in the south of the country,  combines the flavors of his childhood his culinary experiences 20s, which he spent mainly in New  York spent. 

The results are brioche bun burgers with fried  chicken or  vada pav – a deep-fried ter potato dumplings – and with thumb-sized sweet fries, classic or as Chili Cheese fries with cheddar sauce and jalapenos. The spiciness of the dishes depends on  upper end of European tolerance limit, and also with other spices  such as ginger, garlic, turmeric or  There’s no skimping on coriander here, providing soul food for days when you  want to treat yourself to something – and still always made from fresh ingredients.
